我一周前在YAHOO买了个
域名，国外能看到，可是国内老是打不开，写信给YAHOO，给我回了封信，说中国政府给屏蔽了，晕呀！让我找中国的信息产业部。今天打了一天电话，也没有找到主管的部门。
谁给出个主意呢！

I understand your concerns regarding your website.
We believe that its possible that the IP addresses that Yahoo! uses
maybe blocked in China. There are numerous resources online on how to
have your domain resolve in your location. If your site does not contain
questionable content according to the guidelines of Internet services
provided in China, we suggest doing a search on IP addresses that are
not blocked.
Unfortunately, we have discovered that the Chinese government has a
sophisticated firewall set up and it will not be possible to view
certain websites while in this country.
Your site is in fact blocked in China, but not because it contains any
"banned" content, rather, its a collateral block. Your site is hosted on
a Yahoo!/Geocities server along with hundreds, perhaps thousands, of
other domains which are viewable in other countries.
This move is China's efforts to police the Internet and follow stringent
efforts. Some features, can't be accessed from China's controlled
internet without using proxy software.
Thus, I would recommend you to contact the Government-Connected
"Internet Society of China" and concerned ISP's for further assistance,
to get your website registered.
