In the begining of step 2 installation by clicking the configuration, I get the error message shown below and can not be continued, please advise.

Environment:
Joomla! 1.0.8 Stable
PHP 4.3.11  
web server Apache

There is a bug in file administrator/components/com_facileforms/languages/admin.traditional_chinese.php.
